RAMBOfit™️ LLC Refund Policy
At RAMBOfit™️ LLC, we are committed to providing professional fitness coaching, training programs, and wellness services designed to support our clients’ goals and progress.
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all payments made to RAMBOfit™️ LLC are generally non-refundable once services, coaching, programs, consultations, or digital products have been delivered or accessed.
Please review the following refund terms carefully:
1-Coaching & Training Services
Payments for personal training, online coaching, workout plans, consultations, and customized fitness programs are non-refundable after the service has started or materials have been delivered. This includes one-on-one coaching sessions, virtual training, fitness assessments, and personalized support provided by RAMBOfit™️ LLC. Clients are encouraged to fully review program details before purchasing any service.
2-Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable workout plans, guides, meal plans, fitness resources, and online materials are final sale and non-refundable. Because digital content becomes immediately accessible after purchase, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.
3-Missed Sessions
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. If a client is unable to attend a session, advance notice should be provided whenever possible. Missed sessions without prior notice may not qualify for rescheduling or refund. Repeated missed appointments may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions at the discretion of RAMBOfit™️ LLC.
4-Exceptional Circumstances
RAMBOfit™️ LLC may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or technical issues that prevent service delivery. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Any approved refund, partial refund, or account credit will be determined solely at the discretion of RAMBOfit™️ LLC.
5-Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact RAMBOfit™️ LLC directly regarding any payment concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks with their financial institution. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly whenever possible.
By purchasing any service or product from RAMBOfit™️ LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and all related terms.
